The P=ENTS methodology has five objectives that we aim to achieve every day. They define our aspirations and what we stand for.
While we acknowledge that every community is distinct, with its unique ethos and needs, we believe it is important to clearly state our own community's hopes and the reasons we work every day.
Setting them out there is a testament to our transparency and dedication.
These objectives might not exactly fit what you envision for your own community building efforts, but we hope they inspire you on your journey.
We are here, equipped and enthusiastic, to help you with the work required to define your own.
Here are our 5 objectives and a brief explanation for each.
1. To Stabilise Communities
Our first and most important objective is to provide communities with an unshakeable and safe way to underpin their activities. Supported by the values and pillars that infuse the P=ENTS methodology framework, communities worldwide can reduce risks, find long-term stability, maintain harmony and flourish.
2. To Promote Open-Source Collaboration
Secondly, we want to promote inclusivity and openness. Our commitment to an open-source approach paves the way for global participation and enrichment. We advocate for barrier-free access, ensuring the methodology's growth remains rooted in its core values, yet evolves with diverse insights.
3. Disseminating the Methodology
Thirdly, we would like the P=ENTS methodology to be adopted by communities of all sizes and types. From local sports clubs to even the International Space Station, our vision extends to every conceivable community.
4. Infusing Meaning and Purpose
Our fourth aim is for people to use the P=ENTS methodology to reinforce meaning and purpose through our uniting values, reinforcing common ground a greater sense of fulfillment.
5. Combating Negative Forces
In a world where negativity and cynicism can prevail, our fifth objective is to see communities use P=ENTS to promote unity, progress and happiness, ensuring traditions are revered and positive evolution is celebrated.
