Training & Support

P=ENTS Training & Support

Fostering Growth and Support: Mentorship and Training in the P=ENTS Community

  

P=ENTS community members are encouraged to become mentors and mentees in the P=ENTS community as part of their personal and professional development. This includes providing training, guidance and support for individuals or teams involved in implementing the methodology. This ensures that all P=ENTS community members have the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out their roles effectively.


Methodology Training

· Orientation Sessions: We hold introductory sessions to familiarise individuals or teams with the methodology's purpose, components and expected outcomes.

· Workshops and Seminars: We hold training workshops and seminars to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience related to implementing the methodology.

· Webinars or Online Courses: We provide online training resources, webinars and self-paced courses to accommodate different learning styles and schedules.

· Training Materials: We are constantly developing new training materials, such as manuals, guides or videos, that provide step-by-step instructions and best practices for implementing the P=ENTS methodology.


Mentorship and Coaching

· Assigning Mentors: We pair individuals or teams with experienced mentors who can provide guidance, support and feedback throughout the implementation process.

· Regular Check-ins: We conduct regular check-in meetings to review progress, address challenges and provide mentorship or coaching for improvement.

· Q&A Sessions: We organise question-and-answer sessions where individuals or teams can seek clarification, share insights and learn from others' experiences.


Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

· Community of Practice: We have established a community of practice where individuals or teams can connect, collaborate and share insights, challenges and best practices related to implementing the methodology.

· Online Forums or Discussion Boards: We have a Telegram channel where P=ENTS community members can post questions, seek advice and engage in discussions with peers.

· Knowledge Sharing Sessions: We arrange sessions where individuals or teams can present their implementation experiences, lessons learned and success stories to inspire and educate others.


Resource and Toolkits

· Resource Repository: In addition to the Documentation and Resources sections of this website, we have a centralised repository of resources on GitHub, which includes templates, checklists, guidelines and reference materials, to support implementers in their work.

· Toolkits: We have a Tools & Techniques section on this website, where we will be continuously adding comprehensive toolkits that provide step-by-step instructions, examples and recommended tools or software for each stage or component of the methodology.

· FAQs and Troubleshooting Guides: We are in the process of preparing a list of frequently asked questions and troubleshooting guides to address common challenges and provide quick solutions.


Ongoing Support and Communication

· Helpdesk or Support Channels: We have established a dedicated helpdesk and support channel on Telegram where P=ENTS community members can seek immediate assistance or clarification.

· Regular Updates: We provide regular updates on Telegram, Twitter and LinkedIn to keep P=ENTS community members informed about any changes, updates or new resources related to the methodology.

· Peer Support Networks: Encouraging ENTS to form peer support networks, where they can share experiences, seek advice and support each other throughout the implementation journey.
